Aaron Dill has spent the last 10 years learning his craft from Master Craftsman and Hall of Fame wedge designer Bob Vokey. Known as "AD" and often referenced as the hardest working man on tour, Aaron was hand picked by Bob to be his full-time tour representative. Through hard work and attention to detail, Aaron has earned the trust of the games' best by delivering the performance, quality, and craftsmanship expected of a Vokey Design Wedge.
Inspired by conversations with tour players like Geoff Ogilvy, Aaron created this unique low bounce wedge ideal for the firm and fast conditions often seen on tour.
"I spoke with Geoff (Ogilvy) and we got on the topic of Australian golf courses and how they related to courses in America. I asked him some questions and came up with an idea to complement the firm links-style conditions that players face. Geoff was always a low bounce player in his 60. Originally he used the T grind then was introduced to the L and that has remained a good friend since. I used the original chassis that he had in the L and removed the ribbon taking the bounce down."
In true WedgeWorks fashion, the limited edition Vokey Design AD-siXty comes straight from the tour. This unique wedge is ideal for the player looking to flight the ball higher while playing from firm turf and bunkers. The heel, toe and trailing edge grind provides maximum versatility. Like many low bounce wedges, this wedge requires precise delivery at impact if conditions become soft.
The limited Vokey Design AD-siXty offers more consistent distance control through Progressive Center of Gravity and maximum spin through TX4 groove technology.
Available in a Brushed Nickel finish.
